Bolt export hit the Stripe wall — preview is not production

- Preview URL wasn’t reachable by Stripe; whsec stayed in Bolt .env; test vs live prices/keys mismatched
- Fix
- Deploy a public URL first; register production webhook; put whsec in host env; use window.location.origin for success URLs; keep secrets server-side
